 MOTORCOACH TOUR DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT INFORMATION All you need to make a reservation for a motorcoach tour is a $100 deposit per person within 7 days of making your reservation. Final payments are due 35 days prior to departure on motorcoach tours. We do not send reminder letters.
AIR, RAIL & CRUISE DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT INFORMATION Deposits on rail, air and cruise tours vary by tour. This deposit includes the cost of the Trip Cancellation/Interruption Travel Protection Plan and is to be paid within seven days of making your reservation unless an exception is made due to our supplier's deposit requirement. Final payments are due 95 days prior to departure unless an exception is made due to our supplier's final payment requirements. |
