| Travel documents will be sent approximately 10 days prior to the trip departure. You will receive two copies of your itinerary which includes your departure time, a list of hotel names, addresses, and telephone numbers - one to take along with you and one to leave with a friend or family member, baggage tags, medical form to fill out and bring with you, and a letter with helpful information for you.
